Terms of Use

1. What OddsMarket is

OddsMarket is a marketplace connecting independent sports betting tipsters with subscribers who want to follow their picks. OddsMarket is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold funds for wagering purposes, or place bets on anyone's behalf. Subscriptions purchased through OddsMarket pay for access to a tipster's analysis and published picks — nothing more.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account, subscribe to a tipster, or apply as a tipster.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

3. Tipster accounts and picks

• Tipster applications are reviewed before approval. OddsMarket may reject or suspend a tipster account at its discretion, including for repeated poor conduct, misleading claims, or fraudulent activity.
• Once posted, a pick is timestamped and locked — it cannot be edited or deleted. This is core to how OddsMarket verifies tipster track records, and tipsters agree to this when they publish a pick.
• Tipsters are solely responsible for the picks and analysis they publish. OddsMarket does not verify the accuracy of any tipster's predictions and makes no guarantee of outcomes.

4. Payments

• Subscribers fund their OddsMarket wallet by redeeming OTT airtime vouchers.
• Subscription fees are charged against wallet balance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• OddsMarket takes a platform fee from each tipster subscription; the remainder is paid out to the tipster on the schedule described in their dashboard.
• Voucher redemptions and wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating another person or tipster, or misrepresenting your track record.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform fee by arranging payment with a tipster outside OddsMarket.
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Interfering with the security or normal operation of the platform.

6. Disclaimers

Sports betting involves financial risk. Picks and analysis published on OddsMarket are opinion, not financial or professional advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results. OddsMarket disclaims liability for losses arising from bets placed based on content viewed on the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OddsMarket after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
